About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our team remotely within Canada. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for our diverse client base. Your expertise will enable clients to automate and optimize their marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, mobile, and social media. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business needs, develop tailored marketing automation strategies, and ensure the successful deployment of campaigns and journeys. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, demonstrating a strong understanding of its features and capabilities. A solid grasp of email marketing principles, metrics, and analytics is essential. Basic knowledge of data segmentation, analysis, and SQL is highly desirable, along with familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customizing campaigns and landing pages. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and analytical problem-solving abilities are critical to success in this role. Candidates should be motivated to deepen their expertise in data-driven marketing automation and be legally eligible to work in Canada or the United States. Bilingual fluency in French and English, both verbal and written, is considered a significant asset.

Responsibilities

Assist with the implementation, configuration, customization, and ongoing maintenance of client instances of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Design solutions to meet specific business needs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and functionalities. Optimize marketing automation efforts by developing and refining email, mobile, and social media campaigns to nurture leads and increase revenue. Create and manage customer journeys such as welcome series, promotional campaigns, reactivation, and retention programs. Develop comprehensive documentation and conduct training sessions to ensure clients can effectively manage their marketing automation platforms. Create, review, and analyze dashboards and reports to monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. Maintain data quality and integrity within clients' marketing databases to ensure accurate targeting and reporting. Prepare, test, and deploy marketing campaigns, including emails, workflows, landing pages, and forms. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with strategic goals.
