At Convertiqq, we specialize in face-to-face marketing campaigns that help brands connect with people. As we continue to expand across Vancouver, we’re looking for outgoing and motivated individuals to join our growing team as Brand Representatives.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to build professional skills within a collaborative, growth-focused company.

As a Brand Representative, you’ll be representing client brands directly to customers through live promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives where communication, confidence, and authenticity truly matter.

What You’ll Be Doing Representing client brands during face-to-face campaigns and promotional events Creating positive customer experiences through professional communication Building brand awareness and customer interest Answering customer questions and explaining products or services clearly Assisting customers throughout the sign-up or purchasing process Supporting campaign goals and daily team objectives Working collaboratively with team leaders and fellow representatives Learning campaign strategy, customer engagement, and sales techniques

What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive and professional attitude Confidence working in customer-facing environments Someone who enjoys teamwork and fast-paced settings Adaptability and willingness to learn A self-motivated and proactive mindset Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, promotions, or sales experience is beneficial but not required
