Part-Time | Community-Based Role

$18–$20/hour + additional performance-based compensation opportunities

Anytime Dental Group is looking for a Community Oral Health Ambassador to help us build meaningful relationships within the communities we serve. This is not your typical clinic role — you’ll be out in the community meeting people, visiting local businesses, attending events, building partnerships, and helping connect individuals and families with quality dental care.

What You’ll Do

Community Engagement & Outreach

• Represent Anytime Dental Group within local communities
• Visit businesses, community organizations, schools, and events
• Build awareness through face-to-face relationship building
• Help create positive, lasting impressions of our clinics and brand

Relationship Building

• Develop connections with local businesses and community leaders
• Build partnerships that support long-term patient growth
• Identify opportunities for collaboration and community involvement
• Become a trusted local presence and brand ambassador

Patient Growth & Experience

• Introduce prospective patients to our clinics in a friendly, approachable way
• Educate communities about accessible oral healthcare options
• Support referral and outreach initiatives
• Help create pathways for individuals and families to access dental care

Collaboration & Initiative

• Work closely with clinic and marketing teams
• Share community insights and outreach opportunities
• Track outreach activities and community engagement efforts
• Bring fresh ideas to help grow community presence and patient connections

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in community outreach, customer engagement, sales, hospitality, promotions, business development, or networking
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable approaching and engaging with new people daily
• Self-motivated, independent, and highly organized
• Positive energy and a people-first attitude
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience in healthcare, dental, retail, events, or community engagement
• Speak a second language
• Are active within local communities or networking groups
• Love social interaction and relationship-driven work
