Title: Personal Trainer Sales/Coach Partnerships Specialist Time: Full-Time (EST hours) Location: Remote Compensation: $60,000-80,000/y USD
The Company Our client is the infrastructure layer for fitness coaches and creators building online businesses. They provide a full-stack platform (app, website, and business backend) purpose-built for the creator economy. Their partners are personal trainers, online coaches, and fitness influencers who are serious about turning their audience into a sustainable business.
Role Overview The company has fully automated its prospecting and outreach pipeline. Pre-qualified fitness creators are being identified, sequenced, and booked onto calls without manual effort. What they need now is a closer.
Key Responsibilities Take 20+ warm, pre-booked inbound calls per week with qualified fitness creators Conduct qualification and pitch calls using the company sales framework Conduct outreach and warming to warm leads and high-intent signal prospects between calls via DM, email, and other channels Disqualify prospects who are not a strong fit, as honesty is part of the role Log all activity accurately in HubSpot and maintain clean deal records throughout the pipeline Hand off signed coaches cleanly to the Client Account Management team with full context Provide structured feedback to leadership on lead quality patterns from the prospecting pipeline Own no-shows and reschedule pipeline management independently
Qualifications Fitness Fluency: Previous experience as a personal trainer, an online coach, or a fitness creator who made income from it. Must be a credible peer who understands program design, client intake workflows, and nutrition coaching without referencing notes. A grower mindset with the desire to evolve the role, learn automation tools, and build beyond the job description. Fitness Content Immersion: Deep personal consumption of fitness content, including knowledge of major industry rosters, creators growing on GymTok, and supplement brand signings. Sales Instinct: Proven drive to follow a process, qualify hard, manage a pipeline independently, and only close prospects who are a strong fit. Comfort operating without a base salary in the full-time phase is essential. Strong self-direction and competitive drive.
Phase 1: 3-Month Contract This role begins as a paid 3-month contract designed to establish product fluency, calibrate process, and demonstrate consistent closing performance. Bi-weekly stipend of $2,500 ($15,000 total over the contract period) 30-day ramp: product immersion, call shadowing, process calibration Full performance expectations active from Day 31 Contract candidates who meet performance benchmarks will be offered a full-time position
Phase 2: Full-Time, Commission-Based Role Upon successful completion of the contract period, qualifying candidates transition to a full-time role with the following structure: Performance-based commission per qualified signed coach $80,000 OTE annually based on 20+ signed coaches per month Quarterly performance bonuses tied to signed coach revenue milestones, projected at $20,000/year, with upside potential of up to $60,000/year for top performers No base salary: this is a high-upside, performance-driven structure designed for closers who are confident in their ability to produce
