Our system manages inbound calls and text messages around the clock, recognizes returning customers, books appointments with real-time availability, and runs the complete post-booking lifecycle automatically, supporting businesses in focusing on client care rather than administrative work.
While many tools in our space handle a single call or send basic reminders, AB Integration governs the entire operational layer that compounds in value over time. Our platform is not a chatbot or basic answering service. It is the system through which modern service businesses operate.
We serve a diverse range of industries, including clinics, dental practices, physiotherapy, veterinary offices, med spas, salons, barbershops, and day spas. Founded in November 2025 and based in Toronto, we are an early-stage company with paying clients and a proven product. The pipeline is ready, the demand is real, and we are now scaling our sales function. The Role
As our Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating qualified pipeline by reaching out to decision-makers at appointment-based service businesses across the US and Canada. This includes clinic owners, dental practice managers, physio and chiropractic operators, veterinary clinic directors, med spa and laser clinic operators, salon owners, barbershop managers, and day spa proprietors.
Your primary focus is outbound cold calling, where you will qualify decision-makers, identify operational pain points, and book qualified discovery meetings on the founder's calendar. The founder handles the demo and closing conversation, meaning your role is concentrated on what experienced sales professionals do best: opening conversations, qualifying prospects, and filling pipeline.
You will work autonomously, manage your own day, and have direct collaboration with the founder on positioning, objection handling, and continuous iteration of the outreach approach. As we close deals from your meetings, your commission compounds month over month for a full year, creating significant earning potential as your book of business builds.
This is not a script-reader position. You will need to deeply understand AB Integration's value proposition, the operational problems we solve, and how to articulate our differentiation against legacy answering services and basic AI receptionist tools.
What You Will Do
Conduct outbound cold call outreach to appointment-based service businesses across the US and Canada Identify and qualify decision-makers, confirming budget authority, business type fit, and pain alignment Book qualified discovery meetings via Google Meet on the founder's calendar Hand off qualified prospects to the founder with thorough context and notes Track outreach activity, conversion metrics, and feedback from prospects Participate in weekly strategy and review meetings with the founder Iterate on outreach scripts, objection handling, and target lists based on real-world feedback Develop deep expertise in AB Integration's product positioning and the broader market
Training and Support
We invest in our team's success. New hires receive structured onboarding covering AB Integration's product, target market, positioning, common objections, and proven outreach approaches. You will work directly with the founder during your first weeks to build confidence and competence in our messaging. Beyond onboarding, we hold weekly check-ins to review activity, discuss what is working, share market feedback, and adjust approach as needed. We treat sales as a continuous learning function, not a static script. The market will teach us, and we will adapt together. You will also have direct access to the founder for real-time questions, escalations, and strategic discussions. This is a small team, and your input on positioning and approach will matter.

Who Wins in This Role

Compensation: Commission Only, Uncapped
This role is fully commission-based with significant upside for strong performers. There is no earnings cap.
Per Meeting: $25 for every qualified meeting that shows, paid weekly Per Closed Deal: 15% of monthly recurring revenue for 12 months on every deal closed from your meetings, paid monthly as revenue is collected
Because commissions are paid on monthly recurring revenue across a 12-month window, your earnings compound substantially as deals stack month over month.
Realistic Monthly Earnings:
Months 1 to 2: $1,500 to $2,500 as you ramp, build activity, and book your first deals Month 6: $4,000 to $8,000 for solid producers, with top performers reaching $10,000 or more Month 12: $8,000 to $15,000 as commissions fully compound, with top performers exceeding $20,000
The harder you work and the better you qualify, the more your earnings compound.
Career Path
After 90 days of proven performance, this role progresses to Account Executive with full sales cycle responsibility, including demo, discovery, and close, at a higher commission structure. We are hiring with long-term growth in mind, not for a short-term burn.
