Summary/Objective
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Canada continuously searches for potential new
customers and works systematically to develop and document pending machine sales
cycles. Covering a specific geographical territory, the RSM is solely responsible for all Zund
machine sales within the territory and allocated segment. As a member of the Outside Sales
department, the RSM primarily engages with customers through on-site, face-to-face
interactions, providing valuable consultation and building strong personal relationships. The
RSM is also focused on driving revenue growth by expanding sales opportunities and
increasing market share within the assigned territory.
What you would do:
- Own and grow the Canadian market, driving sales strategy while serving as the
primary point of contact for customers and partners
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through consultative selling
- Identify, engage, follow up on leads, and develop new customers, while managing
the full sales cycle
- Present and demonstrate Zund's hardware, software, and workflow solutions
- Represent the company at industry events and Trade shows to expand market
presence
- Maintain a strong understanding of our competitive advantages and market position
- Monitor and analyze competitive activity within the assigned territory, provide
information on market trends and competitor strategies
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and collaborate with internal teams
What we require from you:
- BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in capital equipment sales
- Demonstrated success of increasing awareness, sales, and revenue in a field sales
environment
- Excellent communication and CRM proficiency preferably in Salesforce
- Must be based in Canada, as this role is dedicated to the Canadian market
