As we continue our rapid growth across North America, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive pipeline growth, generate qualified opportunities, and expand EAIGLE's market presence.
Position Overview As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at EAIGLE, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers across the logistics, supply chain, transportation, manufacturing, retail, and distribution sectors.
Your primary responsibility will be generating qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, strategic partner engagement, and targeted marketing campaigns. You will work closely with EAIGLE's Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner teams to build a strong pipeline of opportunities and accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and engage prospective customers through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, industry events, webinars, and marketing campaigns. Research and target distribution centers, transportation companies, manufacturers, retailers, cold storage operators, and logistics providers that fit EAIGLE's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Generate qualified meetings and discovery calls for Account Executives and Sales Leadership. Utilize creative and personalized outreach strategies to engage decision-makers including Directors, VPs, and C-Level executives. Execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns utilizing phone, email, LinkedIn, and industry-specific intelligence.
Lead Qualification & Pipeline Development Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding operational challenges, gate processes, yard management requirements, labor constraints, security concerns, and automation initiatives. Identify customer pain points and determine alignment with EAIGLE's solutions. Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities and ensure timely follow-up. Support pipeline growth through proactive lead nurturing and account engagement.
CRM & Sales Operations Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within HubSpot CRM. Log all prospect interactions, meetings, activities, and follow-up actions. Ensure data integrity across HubSpot and other sales enablement platforms. Track lead progression, opportunity development, and pipeline metrics. Assist sales leadership with reporting and pipeline management activities.
Market & Product Expertise Develop a strong understanding of EAIGLE's solutions, including: AVAC™ Gate Automation YardSight™ Yard Management YardSight Mobile™ eBOL & Digital Chain of Custody Solutions AI-Powered OCR and Computer Vision Technologies Stay informed on industry trends, logistics challenges, supply chain disruptions, cargo theft prevention, yard automation, and digital transformation initiatives. Effectively communicate EAIGLE's value proposition and competitive advantages.
Qualifications
Required 2-5 years of experience in Business Development, SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or similar customer-facing roles. Experience using HubSpot CRM. Experienced using LinkedIn Sales Navigator Experience prospecting through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to engage and build relationships with senior decision-makers. Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly accountable.
Preferred SaaS software sales experience. Experience within logistics, transportation, supply chain, warehousing, manufacturing, security technology, or industrial automation industries. Familiarity with HubSpot Sales Hub, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar prospecting platforms. Experience working with enterprise sales organizations. Understanding of AI, automation, computer vision, or logistics technology solutions.
Your First 90 Days
Days 1-30 – Learning & Foundations ✅ Complete onboarding and product training. ✅ Develop a deep understanding of EAIGLE's solutions, customers, and competitive positioning. ✅ Learn EAIGLE's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), sales process, and partner ecosystem. ✅ Begin prospecting activities and CRM training. ✅ Shadow sales calls, customer meetings, demos, and partner engagements.
Days 31-60 – Pipeline Generation ✅ Ramp outbound prospecting activities. ✅ Generate qualified meetings and opportunities. ✅ Support partner account mapping initiatives. ✅ Execute outbound campaigns across target industries. ✅ Build and maintain accurate CRM records.
Days 61-90 – Optimization & Growth ✅ Consistently achieve activity and meeting targets. ✅ Refine outreach messaging and prospecting strategies. ✅ Develop industry expertise and confidence in customer conversations. ✅ Contribute to pipeline growth and sales team success. ✅ Identify new market opportunities and prospecting approaches.
