What You’ll Do

Generate new business through networking, referrals, and centers of influence Build and maintain strong referral partner relationships Follow up with leads quickly and consistently Quote and sell personal lines and commercial lines insurance Review client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options Cross-sell and up-sell where suitable Work with underwriting partners and insurance company portals Service and grow your own book of business Provide legendary client service with a focus on long-term relationships

What We’re Looking For

RIBO or OTL license required Strong sales mindset and confidence in creating new business Experience in insurance sales and service Comfortable networking and building referral relationships Ambitious, independent, competitive, and self-motivated Positive attitude and professional communication skills Ability to multitask and manage leads from multiple sources Client-focused with a strong commitment to service Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment Knowledge of Power Broker, Applied Rating, and insurance company portals is an asset
