JOB PURPOSE: Are you a customer centric business leader focused on improving business outcomes? Do you love working in a team and thrive as an Individual Contributor? The Ice Cream team is looking for an Account Manager – Gas & Convenience OOH with strategic experience with Gas & Convenience Retailers. Reporting into the National OOH Key Account Manager, Ice Cream Canada, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio focused on value creation, implementation & communication of our customer plans, including trade investment optimization, that drives sustainable business growth in one of the key channels within CPG.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Set strategic direction at various OOH accounts with a focus on Ice Cream Category and channel specific insights. • Cross functional team leadership on Ice Cream across the business to drive growth initiatives. • Ensure execution of The Magnum Ice Cream Company’s pricing and promotion strategy within trade investment guidelines. • Lead the profitable growth of the Ice Cream business by deploying best in class selling strategies that elevate customer value, strengthen channel performance, and unlock sustainable long term growth. • Develop Annual Joint Business plans for retailers incorporating brand plans, category management and shopper Insights to drive overall category growth. • Lead the execution and contribute key insights to the development of the 6P’s while maximizing ROI of promotions and trade investment to deliver targets within allocated budgets. • Financial acumen with a deep understanding of Customer P&Ls to have a positive impact on value creation for the consumer and customer. • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders (CS&P, Marketing, Finance, Customer Operations and Supply Chain).

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: Strong analytical, leadership and negotiation skills, combined with creative thinking to challenge the status quo and develop new ideas. Passion and dedication to succeed in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment while navigating ambiguity. Previous account management or trade/consumer marketing experience. A minimum of 2-3+ years is preferred. Proven track record of solid business results, topline and profit growth, strategic annual planning, and trade investment management. Deep financial acumen, delivering business results and experience delivering category growth. Deep commitment to building talent and teams in an environment of diversity, inclusion, and psychological safety. Note: This position requires you to travel to and from the account, a valid drivers’ license in good standing is required Skills, Experiences & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2-3+ years of experience in CPG, preferably Customer Business Development, Account Management or Trade/Consumer Marketing. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Bilingual (English/French) is preferred Passion for consumer behavior, retail trends, and the food industry. Experience navigating multi banner customers is preferred. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory as needed.

The pay range for this position is $71,000 to $106,600. TMICC takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. Bonus: This position is bonus eligible. Benefits: TMICC employees are eligible to participate in our benefits plan.
