The Role Full cycle outbound phone sales. You’ll work the business lists we provide, qualify prospects, pitch the service, and close. Some warm leads are mixed in, but make no mistake, this role is built for hunters who live for the dial and the close.

Requirements 3+ years of cold prospecting sales experience Background selling digital marketing, advertising, SaaS, or business services Strong spoken English Based in Ontario or Atlantic Canada U.S. sales experience is highly valued
Compensation $50,000 starting base salary, with potential for multiple raise increases every year Uncapped commission Average bi weekly commissions: $2,000 to $4,000 Top performers: $7,000 to $10,000+ bi weekly Performance bonuses and sales incentives Full benefits package 10 paid vacation days Fully remote
