About the role
Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Partnerships, the Senior Manager, Partnership Success is responsible for leading the strategic management, activation, and long-term success of a portfolio of corporate partners. This role ensures the delivery of best-in-class partnership experiences, drives renewal and growth opportunities, and strengthens relationships across OSEG’s business entities including TD Place, Ottawa REDBLACKS, Ottawa 67’s and Ottawa Christmas Market.
This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary range of $76,200 to $95,200 plus bonus with 100% employer-paid benefits. Final compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate’s experience and qualifications. This is a replacement position and offers flexibility to work in a hybrid arrangement.
What you’ll do:

- Lead the strategic management of a portfolio of high-value national and regional partners, ensuring full delivery of contractual commitments while identifying opportunities to deepen engagement and grow accounts.
- Develop annual partnership plans aligned with partner objectives, including activation strategy, KPIs, and measurable outcomes.
- Drive renewal strategy in collaboration with business development colleagues, contributing to retention and upsell targets across the portfolio.
- Oversee the execution of integrated partner activations across game day, digital, community, and hospitality platforms, ensuring consistency, creativity, and impact.
- Evaluate partnership performance through data and insights, delivering executive-level recap reports with clear recommendations and next steps.
- Champion a “partner-first” approach, ensuring all activations deliver meaningful value and align with partner business objectives.
- Proactively identify and address partner needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction, responsiveness, and retention.
- Mentor and support colleagues, providing guidance on activation planning, client management, and professional development.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Events, Digital, BI, Communications, Ticketing) to deliver seamless partner programs and integrated campaigns.
- Contribute to the evolution of internal processes, tools, and best practices to enhance overall partnership success.
- Oversee partnership budgets, including hard costs, contra, and asset allocation, ensuring efficiency and alignment with contractual parameters.
- Manage external vendors and partners for activation execution, including signage, events, promotions, and experiential programs.
What’s needed:

- Completion of post-secondary degree in marketing, business, sports administration, or other related disciplines.
- 5-7 years of applied industry experience in partner fulfillment/servicing (corporate or agency).
- Proven ability to manage and grow complex partnership portfolios, with a strong track record of retention and upsell success.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring or managing team members.
- Deep understanding of sponsorship strategy, valuation, and integrated marketing activations.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with an executive presence and client-first mindset.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance insights into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Bilingualism (English/French) considered a strong asset.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a motorized vehicle; ability to travel as required.
