Who We’re Looking For

1-2 years of recent experience in automotive financial services with a proven track record of success Valid VSA license Strong customer relationship and interpersonal skills Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy Motivated, professional, and able to succeed in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems such as DealerSocket or similar

Schedule: Full‑Time

Compensation: $120,000-$200,000 per year (Commission Based)

What Your Day Will Look Like

Present and close vehicle financing and insurance products in a professional, customer‑focused manner Explain dealership policies, aftermarket products, and financing options clearly and transparently Ensure full financial disclosure and complete accurate contracts and bills of sale Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive financing terms Process finance applications in compliance with regulatory and dealership standards Prepare, package, and manage all documentation required for vehicle delivery and trade‑in liens Support sales consultants with deal structuring, participate in sales meetings, and train the team on finance and lease programs
