As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven and technically minded Business Development / Outside Sales Representative to join our team.</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> London, Ontario</p> <p><strong>Salary:</strong> $60,000 base + excellent commission structure</p> <p><strong>Total earning potential:</strong> $85,000–$110,000+</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in a B2B environment</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across your territory</li> <li>Conduct onsite visits, product discussions, and solution-based sales presentations</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention</li> <li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline development</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>1–3 years of outside B2B sales experience</strong></li> <li>A <strong>hunter mentality</strong> with a passion for prospecting and winning new accounts</li> <li><strong>Technically minded</strong> and comfortable learning product details and industry concepts</li> <li>Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills</li> <li>Must have a <strong>valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>$60k base salary</strong> + excellent commission structure</li> <li><strong>Earning potential of $85k–$110k</strong></li> <li><strong>Benefits package</strong></li> <li><strong>3 weeks vacation</strong></li> <li>Supportive, family-run environment where your contributions truly matter</li> </ul> <p>If you’re ambitious, self-motivated, and ready to grow your sales career with a company that values you, we’d love to hear from you.</p>
