The Sales Representativewill play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.</p> <p>Thank you in advance for your interest.</p> <p>We look forward to reviewing your resume!</p> <p><br /> <b>Reports to</b>: Channel Account Manager, Distribution</p> <p><b>Job Requirements:</b></p> <ul> <li>College Diploma or University Degree</li> <li><b>Must be profecient in English (Native/Fluent level)</b></li> <li><b>Proven Inside Sales experience</b></li> <li>Track record of exceeding quota</li> <li>Proficiency in English</li> <li>Strong phone etiquette and experience making numerous calls a day</li> <li>Proficiency with tools and web applications</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal skills in English</li> <li>Strong listening and presentation skills</li> <li>Ability to understand customer needs</li> <li>Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>A self starter</li> <li>Ability to build strong relationships and have a growth mindset</li> <li>Eligibility to work in Canada</li> </ul> <p><b>Essential Duties & Responsibilities:</b></p> <ul> <li>Identify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails</li> <li>Build sales pipeline by delivering our company's value proposition to run-rate reseller accounts</li> <li>Convert sales opportunities and achieve quarterly quota</li> <li>Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory</li> <li>Build long-term trusting relationships with clients</li> <li>Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects</li> <li>Research accounts through LinkedIn and ZoomInfo</li> <li>Stay up to date with new products/services and competitors</li> <li>Manage CRM software to track sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline</li> <li>Prepare reports on sales metrics</li> <li>Collaborate with sales team to deliver white glove customer service to reseller partners</li> <li>Provide feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of campaign</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p><i>Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
