Role Overview: Focus on managing existing North American clients, ensuring high retention, renewals, and upselling TAC Security’s products (AASA, ioxt, Socify).

Key Responsibilities: • Manage relationships with current clients and ensure renewals. • Upsell and cross-sell AASA, ioxt, and Socify. • Understand client needs and align product solutions. • Prepare and deliver client proposals. • Serve as the main point of contact for support/escalations.

Requirements: • 2–5 years’ experience in SaaS/cybersecurity sales or account management. • Strong client relationship management skills. • Proven track record of upselling/cross-selling. • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
