What You'll Be Doing Build meaningful relationships with individuals exploring personal and professional development.

Conduct introductory conversations to understand goals, challenges, and aspirations.

Introduce individuals to our leadership and development programs.

Follow a proven client engagement process supported by established systems and ongoing training.

Manage your own schedule, client communications, and daily activity with professionalism.

We're Looking For People Who Are Experienced in customer success, account management, client services or relationship management.

Excellent communicators who enjoy building trust and long-term relationships.

Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, organised, and comfortable working independently. Positive, proactive, and committed to continuous professional development. Professional, relationship-focused, and genuinely interested in helping others succeed.

Why Your Experience Matters Professionals with backgrounds in Customer Success, Client Services, Account Management, Customer Experience, Relationship Management, Client Engagement, or Business Development often bring highly transferable skills, including relationship building, active listening, consultative communication, stakeholder management, problem solving, presentation skills, and strategic thinking.
