Position Overview

We are looking for motivated Freight Brokers who can develop new business, manage shipper relationships, and coordinate freight movements throughout Canada and the United States. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential. The more business you build, the more you earn.

Responsibilities

Develop new shipper accounts through prospecting and networking. Build long-term relationships with manufacturers, distributors, importers, exporters, retailers, and wholesalers. Quote freight rates for FTL, LTL, temperature-controlled, flatbed, and specialized shipments. Coordinate freight from pickup through delivery. Communicate proactively with customers and carriers. Negotiate rates while maintaining healthy profit margins. Resolve shipment issues quickly and professionally. Maintain accurate shipment records in the Transportation Management System (TMS). Achieve monthly sales and revenue goals.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 2 year of freight brokerage or logistics sales experience. Existing customer relationships are considered a strong asset. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset. Knowledge of North American transportation markets. Experience with TMS, load boards, and freight management software. Ability to work independently.

Commission Structure

Commission will be based on the gross profit generated from your shipments. High commission percentage Performance bonuses available Recurring income from repeat customers Monthly commission payouts (Commission structure will be discussed during the interview.)
