About the role
Les Invisibles is looking for an Account Director to act as the central lead on client projects, ensuring creative excellence, strategic alignment, and flawless execution. This role is hands-on and client-facing, with full visibility over project advancement, while being supported by writer, graphic designers, and producers throughout delivery. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary strategic and operational lead for assigned clients, maintaining strong relationships and a deep understanding of their business. Take a hands-on approach to account management, actively coordinating teams from briefing to delivery, ensuring alignment between strategy, creativity, timelines, and budgets. Lead creative development and content planning in collaboration with writers, graphic designers, and producers. Understand the full scope of each project in order to revise and make informed creative suggestions that keep deliverables aligned with the brief. Provide clear direction, feedback, and priorities to internal teams while keeping clients informed and confident. Identify opportunities for innovation, optimization, and added value, including experiential and emerging content formats. Required Profile 7+ years of experience as an account manager or marketing director Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent knowledge of social media ecosystems, trends, and best practices. Experience overseeing creative production across video, motion design, infographics, and AI-based content.
