As the Customer Success Account Manager North America is a dual-function role responsible for both growing revenue within strategic accounts and ensuring those customers achieve lasting, measurable value from the Cascadia Scientific platform. The successful candidate will own the full customer lifecycle — from onboarding and adoption through ongoing expansion — while navigating complex stakeholder environments across mining operations, maintenance, planning, finance, and IT departments. Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Customer Success Account Manager role based in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area. As the Customer Success Account Manager North America is a dual-function role responsible for both growing revenue within strategic accounts and ensuring those customers achieve lasting, measurable value from the Cascadia Scientific platform. The successful candidate will own the full customer lifecycle — from onboarding and adoption through ongoing expansion — while navigating complex stakeholder environments across mining operations, maintenance, planning, finance, and IT departments. This role requires equal fluency in commercial deal-making and technical customer partnership. You will be both the face of Cascadia Scientific to your accounts and a trusted internal advocate for customer needs. Qualifications Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding client needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Secure and grow revenues from a defined portfolio of strategic platform accounts, meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual targets. Work closely with Customer Success to identify opportunities for account growth and retention. Execute and achieve sales quotas for assigned accounts. Understand and keep up-to-date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge. Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to additional departments within a customer. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs. Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Field Services, Software, Data Science departments) to improve the entire customer experience Act as the dedicated customer success partner for your accounts, becoming a subject-matter expert on Cascadia Scientific products and the customer’s operational context. Lead structured onboarding engagements, overseeing the deployment of equipment and platform tools and ensuring customers are set up for measurable outcomes from day one. Collaborate closely with clients to document business requirements, understand core challenges, and translate their goals into tailored solutions. Establish and track targets for energy efficiency, cost reduction, and productivity gains; develop site intervention plans to achieve those targets and oversee ongoing program execution. Maintain proactive, high-quality communication with clients, swiftly addressing concerns, managing escalations, and keeping all open actions on track. Develop and deliver enablement content that empowers users to maximize platform utilization and stay informed of the product roadmap. What you bring: Bachelor’s degree in engineering 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Experience, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role. A strong drive to tackle customer issues and a steadfast dedication to enhancing customer experience and contentment. Demonstrated experience in both enterprise sales and customer success, with a track record of growing accounts and achieving retention targets. Ability to operate fluently across technical, operational, and executive audiences within large, complex organizations. Strong commercial acumen — comfortable building business cases, negotiating contracts, and forecasting accurately Experience in or familiarity with the mining, industrial, or resource sectors is a strong asset. Exposure to data science, machine learning, or IoT platforms is an advantage but not required.
