Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Key Account Manager role based in Brampton, Ont . The Key Account Manager will oversee strategic relationships with key retail and commercial partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and performance. Daily responsibilities include managing account portfolios, developing business plans, monitoring sales performance, and identifying growth opportunities. The role involves coordinating with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and product management to support account needs and resolve issues promptly. The Key Account Manager will also prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations, while maintaining accurate account records and participating in regular business reviews. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Account Management and Key Accounts experience, with a track record of managing strategic customer relationships. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and performance metrics for effective decision-making. Candidates should possess Business Planning skills to develop account strategies, sales plans, and growth initiatives. Candidates should possess Customer Service skills focused on building trust, addressing concerns, and maintaining long-term partnerships. Relevant qualifications include experience in wholesale, retail, or consumer goods; proficiency with CRM and ERP systems; and strong negotiation and communication skills. Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
