The work environment values creativity, customer service, and practical problem-solving. Role Description This full-time, on-site Salesperson role is based in Winnipeg, MB. The Salesperson will engage with walk-in and referral customers in the showroom, respond to inquiries, and provide consultative guidance on trade show displays, signage options, and custom graphic solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying leads, preparing quotes, following up on proposals, and closing sales to meet individual and team targets. The role involves coordinating with design and production teams to ensure accurate specifications, timelines, and delivery expectations. The Salesperson will also maintain product knowledge, support showroom merchandising, and participate in local marketing and outreach activities to build long-term client relationships. Qualifications Sales and customer service skills, including lead qualification, consultative selling, and relationship building. Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly and negotiate effectively. Basic knowledge or interest in signage, trade show displays, and visual marketing products. Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple opportunities, quotes, and follow-ups. Comfort using computers and CRM or sales tracking tools to manage customer information and sales activity. Ability to work on-site in Winnipeg, MB, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support showroom operations. Previous experience in B2B sales, retail, or print/signage industry is an asset. High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
