Role Description This full-time, on-site Account Manager role is based in either Dryden, Kenora or Sioux Lookout, ON. The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all products and services as well as identifying marketing opportunties and establishing regional marketing plans. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and tracking account activity to ensure timely and accurate service. The role involves identifying opportunities to grow accounts, supporting sales initiatives, and collaborating with operations and logistics teams to maintain high service standards. The Account Manager will also utilize the CRM to effectivley manage the sales pipeline and provide regular updates and reports to management. Qualifications Customer relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, respond promptly to inquiries, and maintain long-term client partnerships. Account management and sales skills, such as managing pipelines, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting negotiation of pricing and terms. Organizational and administrative skills, including accurate data entry, documentation, and use of CRM or similar tools to track account activity. Communication skills, with clear, professional verbal and written abilities for interacting with customers, colleagues, and external partners. Basic knowledge of fuel, lubricant, or related industrial products, or willingness to learn quickly and understand product features and benefits. Ability to work on-site in Dryden, ON, collaborating with operations and logistics to support timely deliveries and service commitments. Strong problem-solving skills, with the capacity to address customer issues, resolve concerns, and escalate matters when needed. Previous experience in account management, customer service, or sales, ideally in the energy, industrial, or distribution sectors. Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and word processing) and comfort adopting new systems. High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail, with a focus on putting customers first and supporting Morgan Fuels’ service values.
