Client Manager, Enterprise Team – Canada
About The Role
Xerox is seeking a dynamic and strategic Client Manager to join our Enterprise Team in Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and expanding Xerox’s presence across some of our most important enterprise accounts. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences while identifying new opportunities to grow our business.
This position is ideal for a consultative, relationship‑driven sales professional who thrives in complex enterprise environments and is motivated by both client success and business growth.
What You’ll Do
Client Relationship Leadership
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders. Act as a strategic advisor, understanding client priorities and aligning Xerox solutions to support their goals. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and service excellence.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance targets. Lead new business development efforts within assigned accounts and across the enterprise segment. Identify whitespace opportunities, pursue net‑new logos, and expand Xerox’s footprint in the Canadian market. Build and manage a healthy pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and market engagement. Drive renewals, expansions, and cross‑sell/upsell initiatives to maximize account growth.
Operational Excellence
Monitor service delivery performance to ensure contractual commitments and SLAs are consistently met. Partner with internal teams to resolve issues, optimize processes, and enhance the overall client experience. Ensure seamless coordination between sales, delivery, and support teams.
Strategic Planning & Collaboration
Contribute to account planning, forecasting, and long‑term growth strategies. Collaborate closely with senior leadership, sales specialists, and operational teams to deliver integrated solutions. Represent Xerox as a trusted partner and thought leader within the enterprise market.
What You Bring
Experience in enterprise account management, business development, or strategic sales. Strong relationship‑building and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior‑level stakeholders. A track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Ability to navigate complex client environments and deliver value‑driven solutions. A proactive, consultative approach to identifying opportunities and solving client challenges.
