About the role

Brandt is currently seeking a Regional Customer Support Sales Manager for our Saskatchewan and Manitoba region.

The Regional Customer Support Sales Manager drives sales and margin growth by developing strategic business plans and leading CSA’s within an assigned region. This role ensures effective sales execution through coaching, performance management, and process oversight, while fostering strong customer relationships.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Develop and implement annual business plans and sales strategies within the assigned region to drive sales and margin growth, including CRM execution, territory assignments, and account alignment.

  • Analyze sales, margin, and market data to identify opportunities, guide corrective actions, and inform strategic decisions.

  • Monitor industry and competitive trends to identify growth opportunities, initiate new offerings, and promote existing programs.

  • Educate and direct CSAs to promote Brandt’s product support initiatives consistently across the region.

  • Manage CSA sales processes, including call logging, CRM management, reporting, and target setting.

  • Oversee CSA customer interactions to ensure effective sales execution; support customer calls and key accounts as needed.

  • Establish and track KPIs for CSAs through regular performance meetings.

  • Lead CSA onboarding and succession planning to ensure team readiness and continuity.

  • Participate in CSA hiring and staffing decisions to optimize regional coverage.

  • Engage directly with key accounts to promote Brandt’s product support offerings and strengthen relationships.

  • Identify new product support opportunities and collaborate internally to meet market demand.

  • Create and analyze reports to provide insights that drive CSA and branch performance improvements.

  • Ensure consistent use of CRM and call logging tools by CSAs to support data-driven decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS**:**

  • Experience in sales management and the ability to drive the sales process from inception to close.
  • Strong industry expertise and knowledge with the equipment product line, specifically in the areas of repair and maintenance.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and maintain relationships with key customers at all levels including executive-level managers.
  • Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team to pursue and grow the business. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to work well under time pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Be creative, a self-starter, team player, fast learner, detail oriented, and conscientious with a drive to “win”.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship building skills to drive results through motivating and influencing.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
