Fractional Sales / Profit Improvement Advisor
Most founders think they have a growth problem. More often, they have a profitability problem.
We've built a stage-specific Profit Improvement Diagnostic that helps founders identify hidden opportunities across headcount, operations, systems, automation, founder dependency, cash flow, and growth execution.
We're looking for experienced operators, consultants, coaches, and advisors who already work with founders and business owners.
This is not a traditional consulting role.
It's an opportunity to introduce a proven diagnostic process to your network while our team handles the assessment, analysis, recommendations, and delivery.
