Who We Are AdmitONE, owned and operated by The MRG Group, is the ultimate ticketing solution that delivers top-quality experiences for event promoters and their customers. Proudly Canadian-owned and operated, AdmitONE was created for promoters by promoters and offers three solutions: ‘AdmitONE Pro’, ‘Powered By’, and ‘Community (DIY)’. Our deep understanding of the industry's distinct needs and challenges keeps us at the forefront of innovation. Whether you're organizing a concert, festival, or conference, we are committed to your success.

Founded in 2008, The MRG Group is Canada’s largest independent entertainment company, specializing in live entertainment, hospitality, ticketing, travel, and digital media.

Who You Are We're looking for a relationship-driven sales professional who is passionate about helping nonprofits amplify their impact. If you enjoy building meaningful partnerships, understanding the unique goals of mission-driven organizations, and connecting them with technology that supports their fundraising success, this is your opportunity to make a real difference.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Regional Sales Manager will be a trusted partner to nonprofit organizations across the region, helping them discover how AdmitONE's ticketing platform can support their fundraising and event goals. This role is about more than selling software - it's about empowering charities to create successful fundraising events, strengthen donor engagement, and advance their mission.

The Fine Print Growth Sales Strategy Own and evolve the regional roadmap focused on acquiring, onboarding, and retaining nonprofit and charitable organizations using the AdmitONE platform. Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment with overall business goals and regional needs. Develop, test, and refine strategies that drive measurable results across the full funnel—from awareness to long-term partnership. Identify high-impact opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and nonprofit sector insights to position AdmitONE as a trusted fundraising technology partner.

Performance Plan and execute data-driven outreach campaigns across digital and offline channels to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and client engagement. Develop and share event page demonstrations to showcase the AdmitONE product to potential organizers. Continuously monitor and optimize sales funnel performance, removing friction points and improving the client journey.

Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for nonprofit clients, managing communication via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Build trusted relationships with fundraising and organizational leaders to understand their event and fundraising goals. Align with clients on fundraising event requirements, pricing, and ticketing solutions to secure new business. Manage all aspects of client onboarding, including outreach, product demonstrations, negotiations, and implementation support.

Operational & Administrative Support Maintain a consistent outreach schedule for internal and external events. Use Google Suite and HubSpot to track activities, manage communication, and maintain accurate records. Identify and communicate fundraising and event sales opportunities to the AdmitONE team.

Qualifications 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, fundraising, account management, or a related client-facing role. Experience working with or selling to nonprofit organizations, charities, or mission-driven organizations is preferred. Demonstrated success building strong client relationships and achieving growth targets. Strong understanding of fundraising events, donor engagement, or event technology is an asset. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and Google Workspace. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Willingness to travel within Canada as required. Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) designation is considered a strong asset.

What We Offer Competitive salary plus uncapped annual bonus based on KPI achievement. Opportunities for career growth and professional development. Flexible work environment—mix of office, remote, and on-site client locations. A collaborative, dynamic, and energetic team culture.

Why Join Us? This is more than a sales role—it’s an opportunity to take real ownership and help shape the growth of a platform at the forefront of the live events and hospitality industry. If you’re a driven salesperson ready to step up, lead initiatives, and see your work directly influence growth, we’d love to hear from you.
