At Fronius Canada we are currently looking for a passionate Automotive Key Account Manager for Eastern Ontario covering Mississauga to Oshawa to join our Sales & Service Team for our Perfect Welding Business Unit. We don’t just sell welding equipment; we provide the best welding solutions! Main tasks (non-exhaustive list): Reports to Regional Sales Manager for Ontario. Responsible for yearly Business Plan and Sales & Service Revenues of automotive accounts within the specified region Responsible for the sale of Fronius robotic and manual welding systems as well as Fronius Services to OEM, Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive suppliers Identify and maintain close relationships with key decision makers, C-level executives, middle management, and floor employees in all automotive accounts Prospect new automotive OEM, tier1 and tier2 supplier accounts and uncover new projects Prepare and present quotations, presentations, and ROI studies to automotive customers Support Area Sales Managers with automotive projects, welding system configurations, presentations, meetings, contracts and closing sales. Coordinate Fronius Technical Support for welding trials and resolve customer issues Utilize CRM to document all activities and sales opportunities Educate automotive accounts on existing and new Fronius technology benefits Identify trends in the automotive industry and communicating them to the Fronius Team Liaise with Fronius International on market updates, projects, new business Requirements: Completed higher technical / commercial education Must have experience in selling capital equipment to OEM, tier 1 and tier 2 automotive suppliers Ability to manage Executive, Middle Management, Welders and Technical decision makers Key account Management experience in the automotive segment Strong track record in closing and managing large projects with Tier 1/OEM automotive Must have extensive robotic welding knowledge – particularly in the automotive sector Communicative personality with excellent presentation and negotiation skills Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and CRM Willingness to travel within defined sales territory Must live in the designated sales territory No more than 2 jobs within the last 6 years What we offer: Competitive salary and bonus plan ( Base salary: $60-80k Plus commission: 20%-40%) RRSP matching plan for eligible employees 3 weeks of vacation, and More Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person, home and at customer sites.
