What You'll Do
Support business development and sales initiatives across a diverse portfolio of technical products and solutions. Identify and develop new customer opportunities through prospecting, research, and lead generation. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities within Salesforce CRM. Assist with proposals, presentations, quotations, bid submissions, and customer communications. Conduct market research and monitor industry trends. Participate in customer meetings, industry events, and business development activities. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer solutions. Support pipeline management, reporting, and strategic growth initiatives.
What We're Looking
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in application sales, business development, customer support, account coordination, or a related role is preferred however will consider recent grad. Exposure to energy, utilities, industrial products, HVAC, mechanical systems, or technical sales is considered an asset. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with AI tools and digital technologies is an asset. Valid driver's license and passport with willingness to travel as required.
Remuneration for this position will consists of a starting base salary between $60-75K commensature upon experience, full benefit program including RRSP matching.
