Role Description We're looking for licensed real estate agents to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. Agents will manage their own client relationships and transactions — including buyer and seller representation, listings, showings, and negotiations — while being supported by the brokerage's marketing and administrative infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for both new agents looking to build their business and experienced agents looking for a more favorable fee structure.

Qualifications

• Active registration with TRREB
• Valid real estate license in good standing
• Available full-time or part-time
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage an independent book of business
