Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid B2B Sales Representative role based in Bowen Island, BC, with flexibility to work from home for part of the week. The B2B Sales Representative will identify and qualify prospective business clients, conduct outreach via phone, email, and virtual meetings, and schedule and deliver persuasive sales presentations. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals and pricing options, negotiating terms, and closing new business. The role will also focus on nurturing long-term client relationships, providing post-sale support, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions. The representative will track activities and results in the CRM system, analyze performance against targets, and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs. Qualifications Proven B2B sales experience, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals, ideally in media, advertising, or technology. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain solutions clearly to business decision-makers. Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including CRM systems, video conferencing, and basic sales reporting tools. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. Customer-focused approach, with the ability to understand client objectives and propose appropriate solutions. Experience working with clients across multiple regions or markets in North America is an asset. Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
