About the Opportunity: A growing provider of commercial building services is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive new client acquisition across a defined regional territory. This field-based role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and generating new business opportunities through direct outreach.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities with commercial property managers, facility managers, and building operators. Conduct cold calls, in-person visits, and follow-up meetings to build a strong sales pipeline. Present service solutions, prepare proposals, and secure new service agreements. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions within a CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding process.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience. Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently in a target-driven environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
