About The Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be part of the store team and play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience, supporting the achievement of sales targets and representing the brand’s image and values.
Main Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers throughout the entire sales process. Provide personalised advice based on each customer’s needs. Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets. Deliver a high standard of customer service. Support product replenishment and ensure products are correctly displayed. Assist with visual merchandising activities. Manage cash desk operations and daily store activities. Support the receipt, control and organisation of stock. Help maintain a clean, organised and welcoming store environment in line with company standards.
Candidate Profile
Previous experience in assisted sales, preferably within fashion, footwear or retail. Strong customer focus and results-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, proactivity and ability to work as part of a team. Flexibility and availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Good level of English. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus. Interest in fashion, design and product.

Über die Position
Als Sales Associate sind Sie Teil des Filialteams und spielen eine wichtige Rolle dabei, unseren Kundinnen und Kunden ein hervorragendes Einkaufserlebnis zu bieten, zur Erreichung der Verkaufsziele beizutragen und das Image sowie die Werte der Marke zu repräsentieren.
Hauptaufgaben
Begrüßung und Betreuung der Kundinnen und Kunden während des gesamten Verkaufsprozesses. Individuelle Beratung entsprechend den jeweiligen Bedürfnissen der Kundinnen und Kunden. Beitrag zur Erreichung der persönlichen Verkaufsziele und der Ziele der Filiale. Sicherstellung eines hohen Standards im Kundenservice. Unterstützung bei der Warenauffüllung und Sicherstellung einer korrekten Produktpräsentation. Mithilfe bei Visual-Merchandising-Aktivitäten. Durchführung von Kassentätigkeiten und Unterstützung bei den täglichen Abläufen in der Filiale. Unterstützung bei der Warenannahme sowie bei der Kontrolle und Organisation des Lagerbestands. Mitwirkung an einem sauberen, organisierten und einladenden Filialumfeld gemäß den Unternehmensstandards.
Anforderungsprofil
Erste Berufserfahrung im beratungsintensiven Verkauf, idealerweise in den Bereichen Mode, Schuhe oder Einzelhandel. Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise. Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Menschen. Positive Einstellung, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit. Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtdienst sowie an Wochenenden und Feiertagen. Gute Englischkenntnisse. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Interesse an Mode, Design und Produkten.
