What You’ll Be Doing As an Account Executive, you’ll own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Responsibilities include: Cold calling business owners and decision makers Following up with warm inbound leads Booking and conducting discovery calls Sending emails, SMS campaigns, and follow ups Navigating gatekeepers and reaching decision makers Identifying business pain points and opportunities Presenting customized solutions based on client needs Handling objections professionally Building proposals and closing deals Managing opportunities within our CRM Following sales processes, scripts, and best practices Collaborating with our marketing and leadership teams
This is not a “hard sell” environment. We believe in consultative selling. If a client doesn’t need a service, we don’t sell it. Your role is to understand their goals, identify gaps, and recommend the right solution while uncovering additional opportunities to create value.

Ideal Candidate We’re looking for someone who: Has B2B sales experience Is comfortable making cold calls daily Can confidently speak with business owners and executives Understands discovery based selling Can manage multiple opportunities simultaneously Is self motivated and coachable Wants unlimited earning potential Thrives in a startup environment Is hungry to grow professionally and financially Marketing agency experience is an asset but not required.
Sales Cycle Typical sales cycle: Discovery Call Strategy Call / Proposal Close Most opportunities close within 2 to 3 meetings. Compensation 35% Commission Earn 35% commission on every closed deal. 15% Monthly Residual Continue earning recurring residual commissions while your clients remain active. Top performers can unlock higher residual percentages based on performance and retention. Additional Upsell Opportunities If a client increases their monthly budget, adds additional services, or expands their retainer, you receive commission on those increases as well.
Average Deal Size Monthly retainers typically range from: $1,500/month $2,500/month $5,000/month $10,000+/month Enterprise opportunities exceeding $20,000/month Services sold include SEO, paid advertising, website development, social media management, and marketing automation.
