Role Description
We are seeking a Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Concord, ON. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing growth strategies. Key tasks will include conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and working closely with cross-functional teams to meet sales goals. The role also involves representing the company at industry events and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of our staffing and outsourcing services.
