Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Specialist role based in Kelowna, BC. The Inside Sales Specialist will manage inbound and outbound sales activities, including responding to inquiries, qualifying leads, and guiding prospects through the sales cycle for communication and security products and services. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities, preparing quotes and proposals, and following up consistently to close sales and meet or exceed targets. The role involves collaborating closely with operations, technical, and account management teams to ensure accurate product recommendations and smooth order fulfillment. The Inside Sales Specialist will also maintain accurate records in the CRM system, provide post-sale support as needed, and contribute feedback to improve sales processes and customer experience. Qualifications Proficiency in inside sales and lead generation, with experience managing a pipeline and converting opportunities into closed business. Strong customer service and customer satisfaction focus, with a track record of building long-term client relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical solutions in clear, accessible language. Prior experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, telecommunications, or security solutions, is an asset. Comfort using CRM and sales enablement tools, along with basic proficiency in standard office software. Ability to work on-site in Kelowna, BC, in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset. Post-secondary education in business, sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience, is preferred.
