In this role, you will help shape how we communicate the value of our application offerings by combining market research, customer insight, and technical storytelling. This position is part of the Technical Sales Support team located in London, ON and will be open to both remote and hybrid candidates in Canada, with a preference for candidates within the London, ON region. In this role, a typical day will look like: Technical Content Strategy & Delivery Fully own the technical content strategy from idea generation through planning, creation, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of clear, engaging content. Translate complex technical information into concise stories, presentations, training, events, demos, and stakeholder resources, ensuring content is accurate, audience-ready, and delivered on schedule. Voice of Customer & Insights Use research to understand customer needs and decision drivers, then share insights that inform strategy, positioning, tactics, and content. Partner with marketing to improve core tools, support annual planning, and inform innovation roadmaps. Market Development & Campaign Support Partner across marketing, innovation, commercial, and demand generation to support market development, positioning, brand equity, and share of voice. Coordinate customer education campaigns and content aligned to brand, market priorities, and business initiatives. Market Research, Strategy & Innovation Gather and synthesize market, application, policy, customer, and competitor insights to clarify technology trends, positioning, maturity, and adoption. Translate insights into strategic inputs for planning, roadmaps, commercialization, and key adoption or specification barriers. Tools, Standard Work & Improvement Develop tools, templates, and standard work to capture, share, and apply technical, customer, and market insights consistently. The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or a similar field. At least 5 years of experience in technical marketing or a related field. Demonstrated experience working in technical and/or scientific environments. Ability to travel 25% of the time internationally (mainly US). It would be nice if you also possess: 5+ years’ experience in water and wastewater treatment, UV and advanced oxidation technologies are desired. Other technology familiarity (filtration, DAF, GAC, IX etc) is considered an asset. At Trojan Technologies we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce. For Canada only: The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $90,000 to $115,000 CAD This job is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, and medical/dental/vision insurance and RSP to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
