This is not a button-pusher seat. We're not looking for someone to launch campaigns and wait for someone else to tell them what's working.

We're looking for one person who owns the whole loop: the strategy, the concepts, the copy, the funnel, and the paid media behind it. You build the campaign, read the signal, and turn what you learn into the next round of winners. Then you get in front of our students and teach them how you did it.

ABOUT THE FIRM

We are a high-ticket coaching, consulting, and implementation firm working exclusively with $1M–$10M+ agency owners. WHAT'S HAPPENING RIGHT NOW

This is the moment you join. The company is in motion across four major fronts:

  • Flagship Event: Hosting roughly 200 agency owners across four days in Las Vegas (June 11–14)
  • Geographic Expansion: Scaling into the United Kingdom market
  • AI Integration: Deploying a full AI agent infrastructure across the business
  • HQ Buildout: Establishing a flagship destination headquarters for the agency industry

The person who joins now is not joining a finished company. They are joining a company being built.

THE ROLE

This is not a standard media buying position. You will own the full paid acquisition loop for our program — strategy, concepts, copy, funnel, and media — while also getting in front of our students and teaching them how you did it. You run the campaigns, read the signals, and turn what you learn into the next round of winners.

You need to be as comfortable in front of a room as you are inside an ads manager. This role reports directly to the founders and works alongside our editors and designers who handle production. You bring the ideas and the words. They bring them to life.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Media Buying Run all paid media on Meta for our program. Our funnel is VSL to book-a-call. You own targeting, testing structure, pacing, and every optimization decision. You also support client-facing B2B campaigns at a strategic level. You know what changed, why it changed, and what you're doing about it before anyone has to ask.

Creative Strategy, Copy & Funnel This is the core of the seat. You develop the concepts, write the hooks, and script the funnel: ads, VSL, book-a-call page. You research what makes our market say yes — competitor ads, the Ad Library, customer language, what's working right now — and turn that into angles nobody's run yet. You don't wait for inspiration. You study the space like it's your job, because it is.

Teaching You'll run group coaching calls with our students, showing them what's working in our ads right now and helping them sharpen their own B2B acquisition. You're not doing customer support. You're the expert in the room — and the reason you can teach it is that you're the one making it work.

Performance & Reporting Analyze campaign performance with a sharp focus on cost per conversion, lead quality, and total pipeline contribution. Deliver clear, actionable reports that drive decisions — not just data dumps.

Requirements

WHO YOU ARE

You own the whole loop. Strategy, copy, media, funnel. You don't hand off the thinking to someone else and execute. You are the thinking.

You have real B2B paid media experience. National B2B campaigns are fundamentally different from local or ecommerce. You understand longer sales cycles, account-based targeting, and how to move sophisticated buyers through a funnel. This is non-negotiable.

You come from the marketing agency world. You understand how agencies operate, what their pain points are, and how to speak their language. We don't have the bandwidth to train someone on the industry — you arrive fluent.

You are high-detail and high-drive. The margin for error at this level is thin. You catch what others miss and move fast without cutting corners.

You are people-fluent. You will be in front of students and clients. You don't need to be the loudest in the room, but you need to be credible, clear, and confident teaching someone through their paid media decisions.

You take ownership. You're not waiting to be told what to test next. You see the gap and you fill it.

WHAT YOU'VE DONE

  • Run at least one account at $100K/month or more in sustained spend, active in the last 18 months
  • Managed $250K/month or more in total active spend across multiple accounts — not oversight, you in the accounts making the calls
  • 4+ years running paid media hands-on
  • Done it for agencies, info and coaching businesses, or high-ticket B2B services — non-negotiable
  • Written direct-response copy that converted: hooks, VSLs, book-a-call pages — you can show the work and explain the thinking
  • Built or scripted funnels, not just ads
  • Background in a marketing agency environment (agency-side or managing agency clients)

Bonus, not required

  • Google Ads and YouTube Ads experience
  • Multi-channel range (LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter)

WHAT TELLS US YOU'RE THE ONE

  • You can walk us through three ads working right now in B2B coaching or agency space and tell us exactly why they work — people who study the space answer this in their sleep
  • You think in offers and angles, not just metrics
  • You can explain why an ad works to someone less experienced without drowning them in jargon — that's the teaching test

INTERVIEW PROCESS

  • Complete the Culture Index survey

  • Initial screen with our recruiting team

  • Interview with our internal Media Buying Lead

  • Final interview with the founders

  • Shortlisted candidates complete a paid trial project — you'll build a real funnel spine for one of our offers and walk us through it. We pay for your time.
