Key Responsibilities Generate new business through inside sales (phone, email, and online outreach) and outside sales efforts. Conduct door-to-door sales within assigned territories to acquire new customers. Represent the company at community events, trade shows, and local festivals. Follow up on inbound and outbound leads to move prospects through the sales pipeline. Deliver clear, compelling, and customized sales presentations. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. Identify customer needs and recommend value-driven solutions. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline status. Plan and manage daily schedules balancing office and fieldwork. Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and performance. Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally. Stay informed on products, pricing, promotions, and competitors.
Work Schedule Full-time (40 hours per week) Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Flexible schedule required, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends for door-to-door sales and events.
Compensation & Benefits $75,000+ Earning Potential Competitive base salary of $40,000 per year Performance-based commission structure On-target earnings of $60,000–$75,000+ annually Top performers have the opportunity to earn well above $75,000 Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel Company-provided technology and sales tools Benefits available after the probationary period, including: Dental care Extended health care Vision care Paid time off On-site parking
Requirements Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Police clearance (required). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) are required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply and will be considered an asset. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working outdoors and engaging customers door-to-door. Proficient with computers, email, and CRM systems. Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
