COMFORT ADVISOR ? HVAC SALES (COMMISSION ONLY)

Darrick Davidson Heating, Cooling & Duct Cleaning is hiring a motivated and professional Comfort Advisor to join our growing residential HVAC sales team.

This is a commission-only, performance-based sales opportunity for someone who is confident speaking with homeowners, presenting options, following up on leads, and helping customers improve the comfort and air quality of their homes.

We are looking for someone who is: *Self-motivated * Professional *Coachable * Organized *Comfortable with sales and follow-up * Driven by performance pay and opportunity Able to work independently without constant supervision

Responsibilities: *Follow up on company-provided leads * Conduct outbound follow-up calls *Present repair, replacement, and upgrade options to homeowners * Offer financing and payment solutions *Generate self-created opportunities when possible * Properly document customer interactions and opportunities Maintain a professional customer experience

Requirements: *Sales experience preferred * HVAC experience is an asset but not required *Strong communication and customer service skills * Valid driver?s licence *Reliable transportation * Comfortable working evenings and some weekends if required Comfortable working in a 100% commission environment
