Position Summary
The Internal Sales Agent drives revenue growth within our existing customer base while serving as a reliable point of contact for the Canadian market. This role is responsible for managing accurate and traceable CRM records, processing orders efficiently, and supporting the broader Canadian sales team in day-to-day operations. The position also plays a key role in expanding Movora's national presence through translation support, helping ensure our communications resonate with customers across Canada.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Working collaboratively to support the in-country executives and sales representatives to exceed customer expectations by providing support and exceptional customer service to our Canadian customers. Serve as consultant to maintain key relationships with customers in Canada to increase product penetration and help customers identify potential gaps in current inventory. Conduct outbound sales calls to sell current promotions and increase product ranges within accounts. Work directly with customers throughout Canada to issue quotes for products (including decisions on discounts, special pricing, etc.) and help determine ROI on potential products, education, etc. for existing customers. Responsible for working with marketing and sales regarding event, product and sales strategies and translate for appropriate delivery to Quebec and French speaking customers. Manage day-to-day communications with international vendors and customers to ensure efficiency of current processes, pricing, and compliance with all international rules, regulations and requirements. Verify validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, promotions, special pricing, etc. Onboard new customers and maintain customer data and communications using ERP and CRM systems. Collaborate with accounting team for payment plans, credit requests and accounting related customer requests. Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development programs to enhance selling skills and product knowledge. Train and mentor additional sales/customer service representatives to achieve success and highest level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements
College Diploma in Business or Veterinary program preferred. May substitute equivalent experience for diploma. Bi-lingual in French and English required. 1+ years in a customer service and/or sales environment. Solid understanding of cultural best practices both in writing and verbally. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional attention to detail with excellent prioritization, planning, organizational, time and project management skills as well as the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work under pressure. Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve issues with a mature, calm, and flexible approach. Some travel is required for this position, up to 10% as needed, including occasional weekends.

Communication – able to effectively express self verbally in a diplomatic, empathetic and tactful manner. Ability to communicate in both French and English both in writing and verbally. Organization & Time Management – able to work independently with minimal supervision, planning, scheduling and organizing professional schedule to complete actions within established deadlines, handling multiple priorities with strong attention to detail. Adaptability to Change – able to be flexible and supportive, react swiftly to and able to positively and proactively assimilate change in rapid growth environment. Systems & Software – proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications. Understanding of Business Central and Hubspot and internal order processing systems.

Work Environment
This position may be performed remotely or in a hybrid work arrangement, depending on the successful candidate's location and proximity to a Movora office. Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal) is required for this position, as you will support customers and colleagues across Canada and North America.
