Position Overview

We are looking for a driven, customer-focused Internet Sales Manager to lead our online sales efforts and help deliver a premium buying experience worthy of the BMW brand. If you thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment, understand digital lead management, and know how to convert online inquiries into loyal customers, we want to hear from you.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

Respond promptly to all internet, phone, and digital inquiries Manage CRM lead processes and customer follow-up Set and confirm appointments for showroom visits and test drives Build relationships with customers through phone, email, text, and online platforms Work closely with sales consultants and management to maximize lead conversion Maintain high customer satisfaction and professionalism Monitor lead sources and performance metrics Ensure all online customers receive a luxury-level experience aligned with BMW standards Assist with digital marketing campaigns and inventory merchandising when needed

Qualifications Required

Automotive sales or internet sales experience is a Must for this position Strong communication and customer service skills Experience using CRM systems and lead management tools Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Professional appearance and attitude Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
