Location: Orillia, ON (Hybrid — in-office regularly during onboarding, with flexibility to work remotely afterward) Job Type: Full-time, Entry-Level / Early-Career About the Opportunity We're an international company already active across multiple markets, and we're continuing to grow globally. You'll be the face of our events: setting up, running the show, and representing us with energy and confidence — locally and further afield, as our events take you beyond the immediate community. You'll also play a key role on the sales side, so if you love people, love hitting targets, and thrive in a fast-moving, hands-on environment, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do: Take full ownership of event logistics — from tent setup and breakdown to running the event floor Represent the company at events both locally and in other regions, with travel as needed Capture the events you attend through photos and videos and turn them into meaningful content across multiple social media platforms Support and drive sales initiatives, building relationships with customers and prospects across our growing international footprint Work closely with the team, in the office regularly during onboarding to learn our systems, products, and processes, transitioning to a hybrid schedule afterward Bring energy, positivity, and professionalism to every interaction — you're often the first impression people have of us What We're Looking For: A genuine passion for sales, people, and building relationships Strong sense of accountability and follow-through; you own your responsibilities Comfortable with physical, hands-on event work (setup, teardown, being on your feet) A knowledge of social media and brand representation is an asset, but not required Eager to learn, coachable, and excited to grow with a company early in its journey A strong sense of initiative and integrity Prior sales or customer-facing experience is an asset but not required — attitude and drive matter more Reliable local availability for regular in-office days, especially during onboarding Own transportation is an asset, given event travel Why Join Us: Ground-floor opportunity with an international company scaling into new markets worldwide Hands-on mentorship and training, especially in your first months A clear path to build a long-term career in sales or marketing A fun, high-energy team environment where your personality is an asset, not something to tone down A team with a variety of professional backgrounds and endless opportunities to learn
