Onsite Weldforce Corporation (OWC) is a growing welding training organization focused on job-ready MIG, TIG, and hands-on welding programs. We help individuals build real careers in the skilled trades—and we’re expanding our sales team.
About the Role We’re looking for a motivated, confident Sales Representative to work onsite and engage with prospective students interested in our welding training programs. You’ll work with warm inbound leads and scheduled follow-ups, guiding potential students through our offerings and converting interest into enrolments. 💰 Base salary + uncapped commission 📈 Annual earning potential up to $72,000
What You’ll Do • Contact and follow up with company-provided leads • Explain OWC training programs clearly and professionally • Build rapport and understand student career goals • Convert qualified leads into enrolments • Maintain accurate call and follow-up records • Provide a positive, professional sales experience
What We’re Looking For • Strong communication and persuasion skills • Sales or customer service experience (preferred) • Organized, goal-driven, and self-motivated • Comfortable working in an on-site office environment • Basic computer and CRM skills (training provided)
