What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns.
• Keep customers informed on the status of their vehicles and ensure repairs meet their expectations.
• Provide follow-up after service to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Handle additional tasks as needed in our dynamic dealership environment.

What You Bring:

• A team-oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive attitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Automotive service knowledge and mechanical aptitude (an asset, but not required).
• Positive and approachable demeanor, with a professional appearance.
• Experience with PBS V10 and Honda systems (an asset, but not required).
• Excellent computer skills and the ability to multitask.
• Available to work Saturdays
