SaralTech is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our client's growing team at Acting By Sarfaraz in Toronto, Canada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales growth while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential customers through various sales channels. Present and promote company services to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Follow up on leads and convert prospects into clients.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Note: first month is on commission based</strong>.
