Job Description: JOB OVERVIEW The Fleet Consulting Executive II will retain and grow 100% of the clients assigned to their portfolio. This role's focus is to understand and identify the unique needs of each client, what they value, and how fleet supports their business. Using this understanding, this role will be responsible to develop, communicate and own an on-going strategic Business Plan that delivers an optimal mobility program. In addition to ensuring 100% client retention, this role is also focused on maintaining current use of enrolled programs and services, while continually demonstrating the value of Wheels’ services. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS As a Fleet Consulting Executive II, your goal will be 100% Client Retention and high Client Satisfaction Scores for clients assigned to your portfolio. Strategic management and a sense of ownership of Wheels clients assigned to your portfolio – you will lead the partnership with our clients and contribute to a client’s ability to achieve goals, as well as to Wheels’ growth objectives. Execution of all tasks as outlined in the Wheels Client Management program for clients assigned to your portfolio. Work with clients to increase penetration of ancillary services within the existing client portfolio resulting in incremental revenue billing. Identify those vehicles that are contracted for services but are not currently utilizing those services. Engage the client to secure enrollment in contracted service for those vehicles not utilizing the programs Develop an understanding of each client assigned to your portfolio – their fleet needs, their goals and business objectives. You will be tasked with annually creating and executing the strategic Client Management program for each client. Be an influential advocate for clients assigned to your portfolio by communicating their needs and priorities to decision-makers and service providers within the Wheels organization. Effectively collaborate with Clients and Wheels Associates (internal organization) to overcome opportunities. Proactively review data for clients assigned to your portfolio to provide recommendations that support their business objectives. You will have responsibility for ensuring the organization is aware of client feedback from routine interactions with clients as well as formal Client Satisfaction Survey results. Hold the internal organization accountable for action plans to increase client satisfaction when necessary. Be an internal and external advocate for Wheels and our clients internally and externally. Plan, develop, present, and lead "Client Business Reviews" with all key clients within your portfolio. Maintain timely and accurate client records in Salesforce. Other duties assigned to ensure overall departmental efficiency. LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES No direct management responsibilities, but will provide day-to-day guidance and feedback COMPETENCIES - SKILLS Demonstrate strong organizational skills and multi-task management with multiple clients. This individual must have the proven skills and confidence to tailor their style to all levels within the client organization. For example, the ability to read an audience, in the moment, and switch from high level strategy to detailed data review and back again is essential. Must have excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once. Must have focus and attention to detail. Ability to compile and analyze data, along with critical/analytical thinking to assess data and support recommendations. Must show energy, versatility enthusiasm and be a self-starter, and can work independently. Effectively utilize the following skills communicates verbally in a professional manner; professional written skills; project management skills; projects enthusiasm and motivation. Whenever possible, be a catalyst to drive change and process improvement in the organization. Assume ownership and accountability for all actions - internal, as well as external. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s Degree or at least five years equivalent related strategic account management experience is a minimum requirement for this job. Fleet experience preferred. Prior knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a requirement for this job. Strong knowledge of Excel is a requirement for this job. Must be able to manage and direct meetings, as well as make public presentations before small and large groups. Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) certification preferred. JOB SPECIFICATIONS, PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT Work Environment: This position is ideally located in Georgia or Illinois however, we are willing to review remote candidates with relevant experience. Position Type/Standard Schedule: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Travel: Must be willing to travel at least 40% of the time. Physical Demands: Speak, hear, and see, and to use hand and fingers for computer keyboard and phone. Sit or stand for extended periods of time. Reach above head to pull paper attachments. This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan which is based on company performance and individual performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience, education, certifications, skill level and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
