About the role
- As an Onboarding Specialist, you’ll empower some of the hundreds of customers that join us every month to make the most of CloudTalk. You’ll drive engagement, maximize adoption, and ensure long-term customer success, ultimately leading to seamless renewals and expansion opportunities

- Own the beginning of the customer journey – onboarding is the most important part of the customer’s success, ensuring they see maximum value from CloudTalk from the get-go
- Be a trusted product expert – guide clients through best practices and help customers leverage advanced features
- Drive revenue retention & expansion – proactively identify opportunities for longer commitments, upsells and higher-tier plan advocacy

- Proven experience – you’ve worked in Customer Success or Onboarding in a SaaS company
