Summary:
The Managing Client Advisor reports directly to the Managing Partner and serves as the leader of Acrisure Aerospace’s growth and business development organization. This individual significantly contributes to the overall health and success of the division by implementing aerospace growth strategies, expanding market presence, developing talent, and driving profitable organic revenue growth.

The successful candidate will be a humble, servant-minded leader with a proven ability to develop people, build culture, create accountability, and drive sustainable growth while leading and developing a team of Client Advisors and Producers.
Strategic Planning & Execution
Partner with the Managing Partner and divisional leadership team to shape the future of Acrisure Aerospace. Develop aerospace-specific growth initiatives and market expansion strategies. Identify emerging aviation and aerospace opportunities. Translate strategic objectives into measurable action plans.
Business Development
Lead business development strategy across Acrisure Aerospace. Drive disciplined prospecting, pipeline development, and opportunity management. Develop strategic relationships with operators, airports, FBOs, MROs, OEMs, manufacturers, and carrier partners. Support large-account pursuits and strategic opportunities. Establish forecasting disciplines and sales accountability frameworks.
Culture, Talent & Leadership Development
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Client Advisors and Producers. Create a culture of accountability, humility, service, and continuous improvement. Conduct recurring coaching and development sessions. Develop future sales leaders and succession plans. Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent. Promote servant leadership principles.
Technology & Growth Enablement
Champion CRM utilization and sales analytics. Develop growth scorecards and leadership dashboards. Improve forecasting accuracy and pipeline visibility. Leverage technology and data to improve business outcomes.
Customer & Community Engagement
Represent Acrisure Aerospace at industry conferences and events. Develop executive-level industry relationships. Strengthen market credibility and visibility. Serve as an ambassador for the Acrisure Aerospace brand.
Operational Excellence
Create repeatable and scalable growth processes. Conduct recurring pipeline review meetings. Establish KPI reporting and accountability structures. Align growth, service, marketing, placement, and finance functions.
Sales Planning & Performance
Develop producer scorecards and KPI reporting. Track revenue growth, pipeline development, cross-selling activity, referrals, retention, and forecast accuracy. Provide executive reporting and strategic growth recommendations.
Mergers & Acquisitions
Support divisional leadership in evaluating acquisition opportunities and post-acquisition integration efforts.
Collaboration
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Technology, and Executive Leadership to support growth and operational excellence.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience. Minimum 5 years of progressive sales leadership experience. Minimum 10 years of progressive professional experience, ideally the insurance and/or financial services industries Demonstrated success leading outside sales organizations. Proven ability to drive organic revenue growth. Strong coaching and talent-development skills. Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Aviation experience. Aerospace experience. Insurance or financial services experience. Active Property & Casualty License. Existing aviation or aerospace relationships.
