About the role

Access to Success (ATS) is a Toronto-based not-for-profit on a mission to Enable Everyone. As a leading global innovation hub for accessibility startups, we help scale life-changing innovations to reach people with disabilities worldwide.

We are looking to hire a Partnerships Manager to support the organization’s corporate fundraising and revenue generation efforts. Working closely with our Executive Director, you will help execute the organization’s partnerships and business development strategy to create new sponsorships and revenue generating opportunities.

This is a high-visibility role where you will engage directly with our global partners and funders. Your work will directly contribute to scaling our work and impact, which you will experience up-close.

Start Date: Immediate / based on earliest availability

Format: Full-time (up to 40 hours/week)

Location: Hybrid, up to 3 days/week at our downtown Toronto office

Compensation: Up to $80,000 per year based on qualifications

Responsibilities: Support the leadership team in all partnerships and fundraising activities from prospecting to impact reporting Draft and update partnership, sponsorship, and grant proposals including slides and memos (30%) Participate in partnership development meetings to understand our partners’ needs and identify collaboration opportunities (25%) Engage regularly with our existing partners and funders, providing them relevant updates, opportunities and inviting them to ATS events (25%) Identify and evaluate new mission-aligned funding opportunities (10%) Attend internal and external events and programming, meet our community, and support the rest of the team in ongoing initiatives as needs arise (10%)

What we are looking for: 4+ years of experience in fundraising through grants, sponsorships, corporate and individual philanthropy Demonstrated track record of managing corporate fundraising, partnerships, grants and event sponsorships Deep understanding of the drivers of corporate philanthropy and public-private partnerships Strong understanding of the Canadian innovation ecosystem, including accelerators and Regional Innovation Centres would be an asset Exceptionally strong skills in creating slides and written proposals Prior experience in the disability sector will be a strong asset Prior experience in grant writing will be a strong asset
