About the Role We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to drive net-new business and expand our client base. This is a true hunter role focused on identifying, prospecting, and closing new opportunities across managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, and IT solutions. You’ll own your pipeline end-to-end — from outreach to closing — and work closely with internal technical teams to deliver solutions aligned with client needs.
What You’ll Do Generate and close net-new business opportunities Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and partnerships Engage decision-makers across business and IT functions Lead discovery conversations to uncover client challenges Develop and present tailored solutions and proposals Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution Track pipeline activity and meet revenue targets
What You Bring 5–8 years of B2B sales or business development experience in technology or IT services Proven track record of closing new business Experience selling managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, or IT solutions Strong ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders Experience working in complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers
